How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 2–3 working days, free of charge.

What to Expect
All orders are dispatched from our preparation centre in Sheffield. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as a signature may be required.

Delivery Area
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses except some postcodes in Scotland.

Do you offer installation support?
Yes. Our customer support team can help by video call if you get stuck. We also have a full step-by-step installation guide and video walkthrough on our website.

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30 day no quibble returns policy. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, contact us and we’ll arrange collection.  You will be responsible for the cost of returning the panels.  This can be up to £50.00.

Warranty
All our products come with a 2 year product warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Panel performance guarantee: Our panels are guaranteed to produce at least 90% of their rated output for 12 years, and at least 80% for 25 years.

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage caused by mishandling or improper installation
• Damage caused by extreme weather events
• Normal wear and surface weathering

Faulty Products
If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you. We aim to resolve all warranty claims within 10 working days.

Consumer Rights
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
